#MCM – Rave Ramsey

Personal money management expert, best-selling author and radio presenter, I introduce to you; Mr More Than Enough .. Dave Ramsey.

Though the name may not yet be familiar, the life goal and journey is. Ramsey is a true ‘rags to riches’ story, having acknowledged his business acumen as a young 12 year old, to establishing a four million dollar real estate portfolio by 26 and subsequently losing it by age 30. Dave Ramsey a devout Christian, has now reclaimed his wealth and success whilst living by the popular WWJD (What Would Jesus Do).

Many sceptics do not believe you can be kind, God fearing, compassionate or considerate on your journey to wealth; that is a misconception. Just think, if you force a rigid robot like regime; you have no U.S.P. What differentiates most from competitors etc is the personal touch and the rapport built with consumers, co workers and manufacturers.

Ramsey is an advocate for financial freedom, he is living proof that you can go from nothing to something and again back to nothing; yet never ‘counted out’ until you give up. I will list his books below, and grant you the opportunity to decide whether his approach is for you.

There is no doubt that financial freedom should be at the forefront of our journey, however I think it is imperative to implement structures that accommodate compassion, forward thinking and an environment to truly Grow Daily in all aspects.

What steps to financial freedom are you taking ?

Are you compromising your character and or values ?

Ask yourselves the above and adjust accordingly. Success requires compromise, understanding and adaptability. Freedom is choosing to be a force to be reckoned with, a force of focus and accomplishment, to shift mindsets for the better; rather than destroying dreams.

Until next time be good to yourselves, kind to others and above all GROW DAILY.
