The latter is fine, if you have your internal well-being on equal form as like your external adornments, and i encourage you all to have at least 2/3 people with whom you can be brutally honest with; to better your flaws.Bene Browns works and teachings are shared amongst many renowned, respected and encouraging platforms such as; Ted Talks (talks on shame, vulnerability etc), Oprah’s Life Class (talks about gift of imperfection).Whilst also being featured in many online/print publications such as: Wall Street Journal, The Huffington Post and Forbes.com to name a few.Gd’ers, i implore you to spring clean your internal, get rid of the waste and worry; intake the pure and authentic only.
